'Will scrap agricultural laws when elected'

Accusing the Modi government of working in favour of a number of corporate groups and against the farmers, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the Congress would take the battle to its logical conclusion and assured full support to the embattled farmers of Punjab and Haryana.
