VIP to field candidates on all 243 seats: Sahni

Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) would contest all the 243 assembly seats in Bihar, its president Mukesh Sahni said on Sunday. Sahni quit the Mahagathbandhan on Saturday after RJD, while announcing seat-sharing among the constituents, did not mention how many seats VIP would contest.
