Firing of seven rounds create tension in Nanded

Nanded, Oct 4 (UNI) Atmosphere become tense during evening hours around five in old Mondha area of the city when seven rounds of bullets were fired by unidentified 6 accused sustaining one merchant injured and robbing another, today.
During the last 6 months, the incidences of firing came to a halt but again it was witnessed by the people intensifying the atmosphere of terror. The 6 accused riding two motorcycles forced entered a shop run by Vijay Dhanwani located at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Market and robbed him of Rs 10000 at a point of knife.
While returning after the robbery the accused fired two bullets towards the roof of the shop and went towards Mangal Murti Garment shop where they again opened two rounds of fire. Later on they entered into another shop Krishna Collections and manhandled the customers present over there and again open the two rounds on the wall of the shop. Coming to know the incidence of firing people started to run. Ashok Parihar, out of fear, hurriedly shut down his Paan shop and was about to flee but the accused fired a bullet at him which sustained him minor injuries. He was taken to Civil Hospital.
Within 10 minutes of terror, the accused fired 7 rounds. Getting the information the superintendent of police Pramod Shewale, the additional SP Vijay Pawar, sub-divisional officer Dhananjay Patil, inspector Dwarkadas Chikhalikar and their staff rushed to the spot. Using the CC footage investigation was going on. A police squad has been pressed in to probe.
