A sensational case of gang rape has come to light in Pilibanga in the district in which a 16-year-old girl was abducted and tortured. Also, a video was made of him for blackmailing the victim. The family has filed a nominated report against the three youths in this case.
The victim's family alleges that the incident dates back to September 29. The family said in a complaint to the police that on 1 September 29, their daughter was going from home to her grandmother. On the way, three youths stopped the girl. Kidnapped his mouth and kidnapped him. The accused took the girl to a room. Where he first assaulted her. Then all three committed excesses. After this, a young man was also made a video of him lying in blackmail with the victim.
Video threatened by viral
The accused threatened to make the video viral when the victim told anyone about the incident. After this, when the girl reached home, she told the whole thing to the family. The victim's family then complained to the Pilibanga police station on 30 September. But the police have not taken any action.
Meanwhile, the video was put on social media by the accused. On getting information about the case by the police, a case has been registered under sections 341, 342, 354 (a), 376D, and 5L / 6 of the Poxo Act. Police are investigating the case.
