Parth Samthaan has finally bid adieu to his character Anurag Basu. The actor has shared a beautiful video of him from the sets, bidding goodbye to the character and the show for the last time ever.
Parth was seen entering the sets and adoring every bit of it. He then shifted the focus of the video to his green room, as he finally bid adieu to 'Anurag Basu' and 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay'.
Sharing the video, he wrote, "One beautiful journey has ended !Today being the last of Kasautii , all I take along with me are Memories. can’t thank enough to the team of @balajitelefilmslimited and of course @ektarkapoor ma’am for giving me this iconic character to play. yes it’s true that every time we play a certain character , we take a part of it with us and it stays forever."
Not just Ekta Kapoor, Parth went on to thank a number of people including, "thankyou to all the writers and creatives for making Anurag lovable , to all the directors for getting me into the skin of character ... my co-actors (best co-actors infact ) my Basu family, to all the technicians ...assistant directors , costume team , lightmen , spot !"
He added, "Had an amazing time at Balaji thankyou @starplus team for giving this amazing platform and making all the audiences love Anurag and last but not the least A big Thankyou to all the fans who have supported ,loved ,made fan pages and kept motivating us we are nothing without you."
However, the actor left his fans with a promise. The last bit of his note read, "Will be back soon with a new journey ....until then -Alvida Anurag!"
Parth Samthaan bid adieu to the show days after he was tested COVID-19 positive and recovered from it. He is collaborating with Ekta Kapoor again for the web show called 'Hero'.
'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' featured Erica Fernandes as the female lead. She reprised the role of Shweta Tiwari as Prerna Sharma.
