‘Bypoll result will be referendum on govt show’

Congress leader and former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said on Thursday the by-election result to the Baroda assembly constituency would be a referendum on the performance of the state government. The leader of the opposition was addressing a press conference in Gohana town in Sonipat.
