Won't allow MPSC exams till Maratha reservation issue gets clarified: MKM dares Mah govt

Kolhapur, Oct 1 (UNI) Maratha Kranti Morcha(MKM) on Thursday issued an ultimatum to the state government for deferring the MPSC exams till the time when the issue of the Maratha reservation is clarified else it will not allow the exams to take place as scheduled in October.

Addressing a press conference here, State MKM Convenor Aabasaheb Patil demanded that the Maha Vikas Aghadi(MVA) government must clarify the basis on which the reservation will be given till then it cannot proceed with the MPSC exams.

"If the MVA attempts to conduct the exams, MKM will storm into the test centers and stop the exercise," he dared the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray-led tripartite ruling dispensation.

He further said, "If our said demands aren't met then MKM will hold a sit-in agitation in front of the CM's Mumbai-based official residence on October 6."
