UP BJP MLA writes to Guv demanding action against DGP and DM, SP of Hathras

Lucknow, Oct 1(UNI) Even as the opposition was on war path over the Hathras Dalit girl murder, now the ruling BJP MLA from Ghaziabad Nand Kishore Gujjar has alleged that a conspiracy has been hatched by the opposition to defame the BJP governemnt, demanding to lodge murder cases against the state DGP along with DM and SP of Hatras.
Mr Gujjar, MLA from Loni Assembly segment, has written a letter to this effect to the state governor Anandiben Patel on Thursday and sending its copy to Prime Minister Narendra Modi , BJP president J P Nadda and UP BJP president Swantradeo Singh, has alleged that it is a full fledged conspiracy against the UP government in nexus with the police officials.
However, the BJP MLA did not sent the copy of the letter to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, which has surprised many.
In his letter, the legislator has demanded that murder cases should be registered against the UP DGP along with DM and SP of Hathras for their laxity and they should be punished under the law.
