Ahmed Patel tests positive for COVID

New Delhi, Oct 1 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Ahmed Patel on Thursday tested positive for Covid.

In a post on the social media, Ahmed Patel said, 'I have tested positive for Covid19. I request all those who came in close contact with me recently, to self isolate.'

Ahmdd Patel is among several high profile dignitaries who have tested positive for COVID in the recent weeks. These include Culture Minister Prahlad Patel, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari.
