Ground back with residents, Murphy Town rejoices

On Wednesday morning, young sportspersons dressed in their favourite team jerseys lined the narrow bylane leading to the Murthy Town ground, also known as the Dr Ambedkar playground. There was hope in their eyes and prayer on their lips as they joined hundreds of sport enthusiasts and residents as they waited for CV Raman Nagar MLA S Raghu. The people’s representative did not disappoint.
