After Kings XI Punjab off-spinner Krishnappa Gowtham went for 25 runs in the final over of Mumbai Indians' batting innings, former India crickter Sachin Tendulkar expressed surpise on KL Rahul's decision.
Bowling in the final over of the match Gowtham conceded 3 consecutive sixes on the final 3 deliveries. Mumbai Indians veteran Kieron Pollard came up with some astonishing hits to rattle the off-spinner. Hardik Pandya has also struck a massive six on the second ball of the final over.

KL Rahul's decision to use Gowtham must have came as delight for the hard-hitting duo of Pandya and Pollard, who already were in the zone before the over. The over also helped Mumbai Indians to post a solid 102-run target for the Punjab team.
Kieron Pollard finished on an unbeaten 47 off 20 balls, while Hardik Pandya made an unbeaten 30 off 11 balls.
Sachin Tendulkar also appreciated Rohit Sharma's 70-run knock calling it "brilliantly" paced. Rohit hit a fifty of 40 balls before accelerating his innings to finish at 70 off 45.
