IMD warns of heavy rain in Assam & Meghalaya

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of heavy rainfall in Assam and Meghalaya from Wednesday till October 5 by issuing an “yellow” alert, which may deteriorate the flood situation in Assam.
