Delhi: Private and public banks will remain closed for a total of 14 days in October 2020. Besides the second and fourth Saturday and Sundays, bank holidays will also be seen on the multiple national and regional holidays in October, depending on which state one is in.

These include Gandhi Jayanti, Eid-e-Milad, Mahashaptami and a few more. The holidays mentioned will be observed in various regions as per state declarations, however, banks will remain closed all over the country during gazetted holidays. Here is the entire list of bank holidays in October 2020:
