BOSTON — The Massachusetts Department of Public Health reported an additional 510 confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing the statewide total to 129,753.

There were 14.404 new molecular tests conducted, with an approximately 3.54% daily positive rate.

State health officials also confirmed 32 new COVID-19-related deaths across Massachusetts, bringing the state's confirmed coronavirus death toll to 9,242.

The DPH also released its weekly COVID-19 data report on Wednesday, and identified 23 Massachusetts communities that are currently at high risk of the coronavirus, including the city of Boston. Each of those communities has a rate of average daily cases that is greater than eight per 100,000.

FALL RIVER: 2130 total cases; 97 in past 14 days; 7.7 daily incidence rate per 100,000; 2.67% positivity rate; rated yellow, or moderate risk.

FREETOWN: 126 total cases; 5 in past 14 days; 3.5 daily incidence rate per 100,000; 2.04% positivity rate; rated green, or low risk.

SOMERSET: 245 total cases; 9 in past 14 days; 3.5 daily incidence rate per 100,000; 1.28% positivity rate; rated green, or low risk.

SWANSEA: 180 total cases; 6 in past 14 days; 2.7 daily incidence rate per 100,000; 1.50% positivity rate; rated green, or low risk.

WESTPORT: 136 total cases; 8 in past 14 days; 3.4 daily incidence rate per 100,000; 1.26% positivity rate; rated green, or low risk.

In its weekly report, the DPH said an additional 2,289 people in Massachusetts have recovered from COVID-19. The weekly data shows that 113,768 total patients have been released from isolation, meaning they are considered to have recovered from the coronavirus.

On Wednesday, 438 patients with the coronavirus were hospitalized in Massachusetts; a month ago, there were 302 hospitalized; two months ago there were 374 hospitalized.

On Wednesday, there were 89 people in the ICU; a month ago, there were 62; two months ago, there were 55.

On Wednesday, there were 29 people intubated in Massachusetts; a month ago, there were 25; two months ago, there were 29.

At the region's hospitals:

Morton: four patients, none in the ICU; a month ago there were zero patients; two months ago, there was one patient, in the ICU.

Charlton: five patients, one in the ICU; a month ago there were 2 patients, one in the ICU; two months ago, there were 8 patients, one in the ICU.

St. Luke's: nine patients, two in the ICU; a month ago there was one patient, none in the ICU; two months ago, there were two patients, none in the ICU.

Saint Anne's: zero patients; a month ago there was one patient; two months ago, there were three patients, none in the ICU.

On Wednesday, the seven day weighted average positivity rate was 1.0% (lowest ever was 0.8%); a month ago it was 0.9%; two months ago it was 2.0%.

The three day average hospitalizations was 433 (lowest ever was 302); a month ago it was 302; two months ago it was 374.

The three day average deaths was 15 (lowest ever was 9); a month ago it was 11; two months ago it was 13.
