The government has lifted curbs on entertainment parks, cinema halls and business exhibitions as part of the new guidelines issued under Unlock 5.

Cinemas, theatres, multiplexes will be permitted to resume functioning from October 15 with 50% seating. Business to Business (B2B) exhibitions will also be permitted to open from Oct 15, for which an SOP will be issued by the Department of Commerce soon.

The centre has also given the green signal for schools and colleges to reopen from October 15. However, the Centre has left it to the various state governments and institutions to take a final call on the issue.
