Swiss-based Cleanfix AG forms JV with India’s Schevaran Laboratories to manufacture world-class robotic cleaning machines under Make in India

Mumbai, Sep 30 (UNI) Cleanfix Reinigungssysteme AG (Cleanfix), the global leader in robotic hygiene and cleaning machines from Switzerland, on Wednesday announced its manufacturing-led joint venture with Mysore-based Schevaran Laboratories Pvt Ltd (Schevaran).
Spearheaded by the first-generation entrepreneur, Sam Cherian, Schevaran is an integrated player with strong footing of 32 years in hygiene and cleaning industry.
The partnership will form a new entity CleanfixSchevaran Systems Pvt Ltd, which will manufacture Swiss-technology backed world-class robotic cleaning machines and solutions designed for the modern Indian needs.
The manufacturing will commence at Schevaran’s state-of-the-art plant at Mysore and will be the first Cleanfix facility outside Switzerland.
