Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed deep condolences on the death of Rhine.
Mr. Kumar said in his condolence message here on Monday that Mr. Raine was a skilled politician and philanthropist. His death has caused irreparable damage to the political and social sphere.
The Chief Minister has prayed to God to give him an important ceremony in Jannat and give his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
