Rajasthan: 2nd phase of panchayat polls on Oct 4

In all, 5,472 candidates for sarpanch posts and 12,189 aspirants for panches are left in the fray for the second phase of elections to 1,028 gram panchayats on October 4. Already 28 sarpanches and 4,674 panch candidates have been elected unopposed.
