Kanpur: One held for filming, raping women

Police on Thursday arrested a Grahak Sewa Kendra owner who used to pose as a policeman or media person and filmed several women, who came to the jungles of Asalatganj in Rasoolabad area of Kanpur Dehat district for outing with their boyfriends, before threatening, extorting money, blackmailing and raping them.
