A release from the railway said the MGR Chennai Central–Thiruvananthapuram–MGR Chennai Central Superfast Special will leave here at 7.45 pm and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 11.45 am the next day. In the return direction, it will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 3 pm and reach MGR Chennai Central at 7.40 am the next day.

The MGR Chennai Central–Mangalore–Chennai Central Superfast Special will leave here at 8.10 pm and reach Mangalore Central at 12.10 pm the next day. In the return direction, it will leave Mangalore Central at 1.30 pm and reach MGR Chennai Central at 5.35 am the next day.

Reservations for these trains will open at 8 am on Friday, the statement said. All COVID-19 safety protocols as prescribed by the Centre would be followed and only those with valid tickets would be allowed to enter the station, it added.
