Kanpur to have a Ganga riverfront project: Yogi

Like the Gomti in Lucknow and the Sabarmati in Ahmedabad, the Ganga in Kanpur is set to witness a huge makeover. On Thursday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced riverfront development in the city and dedicated the project to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who during his previous visit to the city had praised the river’s water quality.
