Bihar Election Dates 2020: Election dates for Bihar assembly have been announced amid the Corona epidemic. The Election Commission on Friday held a conclave for the 243-member state assembly by holding a press conference. The state will have elections in three phases. In the first phase, votes will be cast on October 28 for 71 seats. On November 3, voters will exercise their vote for 94 seats in the second phase. There will be voting for 78 seats on November 7. The counting of votes will take place on November 10. The Commission has made special arrangements for elections this time. - Election for the first phase - On October 28, the second phase elections will be held on November 3 and the third phase will be held on November 7.

- Third phase will be held in 15 districts. There will be voting in 78 seats.

- In the second phase, voting will be held in 17 districts. There will be voting in 94 seats.

- In the first phase, polling will be held in 16 districts. Votes will be cast at 31, 000 polling stations. There will be voting in 71 seats.

- Elections will be held in three stages.

- The information about the ongoing cases on the candidates has to be made public.

- Candidates have to provide information on the website.

- Only two people can go for nomination.

- All polling stations will remain on the ground floor.

- Election campaigns will be virtual.

- No more than five people can go home and promote.

- The Model Code of Conduct (MCC) in the state has come into force with this declaration. The Commission has already made elaborate arrangements to ensure the effective implementation of the MCC guidelines.
