The Delhi government on Tuesday came out strongly advocating the use of high-security registration plates. All you need to know: In August 2018, the Supreme Court of India accepted the proposal of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to have hologram-based, colour-coded stickers for vehicles plying in Delhi-NCR which would indicate the nature of fuel used in them.
