TAUNTON - Bristol County Savings Bank announces the promotion of Lisa Lassiter to the position of vice president/finance and the appointment of Patricia B. Martucci to vice president/controller.

In her new position as vice president/finance, Lassiter focuses on asset and liability management, profitability and performance analysis, and treasury management. Previously, she held the positions of vice president/controller, assistant vice president/controller, controller, accounting manager and staff accountant at the bank. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from UMass Dartmouth and is a graduate, with honors, from the Massachusetts Bankers Association’s New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts. Lassiter lives in Rochester.

As vice president/controller, Martucci is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department and the financial reporting for the bank. Prior to her recent appointment, she held the positions of VP/controller, AVP/assistant controller and accounting manager at HarborOne Bank, Brockton. A member of the Financial Managers Society, Martucci earned her Master of Science in management with a concentration in accounting from Bridgewater State College and her bachelor’s in mathematics with a minor in accounting from Saint Michael’s College, Colchester, Vermont. Martucci resides in Bridgewater.
