The Company informs that on 22 September 2020 the Company reached a settlement agreement with V. Martikonis, a shareholder of AB Ignitis gamyba, who was requesting the Vilnius Regional Court (hereinafter – the Court) to determine the fair buyout price of AB Ignitis gamyba shares, and both sides agreed to settle the court case peacefully.

By settling, V. Martikonis dropped all claims and pledged to declare a statement to the Court waiving the claims.

 After V. Martikonis fulfils the pledge of the settlement agreement, the Company will provide allotment for V. Martikonis during already announced Ignitis Group IPO, on 21 September 2020, and will ensure the right for V. Martikonis to minimum amount of shares of Ignitis Group, which was determined based on terms and conditions of 17 March 2020 settlement agreement between the Company and retail investors’ representatives (link).

The Court ruled on 23 September 2020 to accept the V. Martikonis statement to waive the claim and closed the case on fair buyout price of the Company’s shares. The ruling will take effect in 7 calendar days.

As announced previously (link), the information regarding V. Martikonis claim was released on 4 August 2020.
