Thane: Eight minors among 16 killed in Bhiwandi building crash; 21 hurt

A portion of a 36-year-old three-storey building in Bhiwandi collapsed early Monday morning, killing 16 people and injuring 21. Of the dead, eight were minors, five of them less than 10 years old.
