Three bills related to the health sector, including the Pandemic (Amendment) Bill, 2020, which provides for stringent action against health workers or those who harass them, were approved by Parliament today.
The Lok Sabha Monday Late Night Epidemic (Amendment) Bill, 2020; The Homeopathy Central Council (Amendment) Bill, 2020, and the Indian Medical Central Council (Amendment) Bill, 2020 were passed.
These three bills have already been passed by the Rajya Sabha. These will take the form of law after the approval of the President.
