Belgian chocolate, peanut butter with choco chips, coconut jaggery and wild berry — with each summer day and the lockdown closing the doors on them, Mridu Gupta and her mother were missing these ice cream flavours they enjoyed on international sojourns all the more. Having waited for weeks, Gupta thought she could churn out one of these at home itself. And — it turned out well.
