Now jeweler-family commits suicide in Jaipur after two jeweler-brothers committed suicide in Delhi because of high-handedness of money-lenders for recovery: Recovery of unaccounted loan and interest by private money-lenders should be unbailable offence

Corona-crisis has made even Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announcing reliefs for loan-takers from banks because of drastic fall in trade-activities, industrial-production and generation of unemployment.
But nothing will improve till some guidelines for relaxation in interest is provided to borrowers having taken loans from private money-lenders, majority of which lend unaccounted money on interest.
Only recently two brothers of a jeweler-family committed suicide in main Chandni Chowk, heart of capital city of Delhi because of unbearable mental torture given to them by recovery-agents (goons) of a private money-lender. Now a jeweler-family of four including husband, wife and their two minor sons committed mass suicide in Jaipur for similar reasons.
Central government should announce relief-measures whereby payment of interest or loan may be relaxed in case of loan-takers from private money-lenders. Central government should announce a total permanent ban on recovery of loans and interests given out of unaccounted money. Money-lenders must lose every right on unaccounted money in interest of all including public-exchequers and victim loan-takers from such money-lenders who usually engage goons for recovery. It will tend to eliminate menace of unaccounted money-lending from system.
Special secret cells widely publicized through all modes of media should be set up in police-departments, Income-Tax Department and other agencies looking into economic crimes like Enforcement Directorate where informers may provide information about money-lenders lending unaccounted money. Or else, family-suicides amongst middle-class business-families having worst affected by corona-spread will become a common trend like has been in case of farmers.
