UP has now announced the making of the biggest and beautiful film city in the country. The film city will be made in Greater Noida in City Gautam Budh Nagar district. The Chief Minister was reviewing the development works of Meerut division districts Meerut, Hapur, Baghpat, Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Bulandshahr through video conferencing at his residence on Friday.
The public conference consisted of public representatives and senior officials of the board. The Chief Minister directed to start the construction work of the proposed center for the training of public representatives in Ghaziabad soon. Referring to the efforts being made for the revival of Soti River in the Hastinapur block of Meerut, the Chief Minister stressed the need to make MNREGA a medium for river and pond regeneration.
The Chief Minister said that the plan to develop Meerut and Ghaziabad as smart cities is important. It should be started quickly. He said that the work of the Safe City project should be completed expeditiously. The Chief Minister said that the government is committed to ensuring the supply of drinking water in every household. It is not at all acceptable to relax.
