Russia's President Vladimir Putin called Prime Minister Narendra Modi today amid a border dispute with China. The ministry said that Prime Minister Modi thanked President Putin for his personal commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with India. Modi said that he looks forward to welcoming President Putin to India for the next bilateral summit on a mutually convenient date.
