NEW DELHI: Around 52 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Wednesday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Adani Green Energy, Ashapura Minechem, Atul, Bafna Pharmaceuticals, Balaxi Ventures, Biocon, Ester Industries, Hexaware Technologies, Globus Spirits, Gujarat Ambuja Exports, Infibeam Avenues, Kellton Tech Solutions, Mindtree, Quick Heal Technologies and Ramco Systems.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 22.65 points up at 11544.45 on Wednesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 28 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in red.
In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Hero MotoCorp and Hindalco Industries were among top gainers, while HCL Tech, Axis Bank, UPL , Wipro and Zee Ent. were trading in red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 67.33 points up at 39111.68.
