Flock Introduces Measures To Improve Employee WFH Experience

Flock aims at ensuring the mental and physical well-being of each of its employees in the current situation as everyone is working from home during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Flock, the workplace collaboration and communication platform, has introduced multiple amenities and activities for its employees to ensure their safety and well-being while working from home, after it announced the extension of WFH until 31st December 2020.

Flock aims at ensuring the mental and physical well-being of each of its employees in the current situation as everyone is working from home during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The company has introduced initiatives for employees to help them maintain a balance in their personal and professional lives while working remotely.

Flock is providing a complete work station to its employees, to across almost 30 cities all over the country, to enable a comfortable working experience. Besides, the company is providing access to high-speed internet services and tech gadgets to allow employees to deliver quality work. 

Moreover, various schemes and activities including, online counselling sessions, fun sessions, subscriptions and vouchers for digital experiences and shopping will also be provided to ensure their well-being, during this time. The tech company will also host ‘Lit Saturdays’, a monthly virtual event, for social interaction and entertainment of employees.
