Asymptomatic Covid-19 patient dies of cardiac arrest in Coimbatore

COIMBATORE: An asymptomatic patient accommodated in the Codissia Covid care centre in Coimbatore died of a cardiac arrest on Tuesday.
The man, who is believed to be around 60 years of age, got admitted to Covid care centre on Saturday.
On Tuesday morning, he had breakfast and took a nap. When other patients tried waking him up to tell him midday snacks had arrived, he did not respond.
Nurses rushed to his station. Despite all revival measures he did not respond.
