In fact, Prashant Bhushan was convicted by a Supreme Court bench in his decision. Prashant Bhushan made two tweets criticizing the Supreme Court and Chief Justice SA Bobde. The Supreme Court, while delivering its verdict, imposed a fine of one rupee as punishment on 31 August.

For this, the court gave time till September 15 to Prashant Bhushan and said that if he does not deposit the fine till September 15, then he can be sentenced to three months in jail or deviation of legal practice for three years. Will have to go through.
