PLYMOUTH, Ind. — Dealer Jack Oliver Jr. died Aug. 7 at 78. His father started Oliver Ford Sales Inc. in 1955. The Lincoln franchise was added in 1969, and the store name was changed to Oliver Ford-Lincoln. Oliver took over as dealer principal in 1974, becoming one of the youngest Ford dealers in Indiana.
