Water supply to be affected in several parts of Trichy on Tuesday

TRICHY: Trichy Corporation’s primary drinking water collector wells I, II, and III in Melur and Srirangam will not supply water to the city on September 15, as Tangedco will take up maintenance work at its Srirangam sub-station.
Places like Srirangam, Sanjeevi Nagar and Devathanam, Viraguppettai, Mahalakshmi Nagar, Malayappa Nagar, Senthaneerpuram, JK Nagar, Melakalkandarkottai, Kallukuzhi, Ponmalaipatti, Trichy airport, Sempattu, Woraiyur, Selvanagar, E Pudur, Krishnamoorthy Nagar, Bharathi Nagar and Crawford will not receive piped water supply for the day.
Water supply to these localities will resume on Wednesday.
