Tangy apple crumble

Ingredients
- Apples cored and chopped: 4
- Lemon zest: 1
- Brown sugar: 2 tbsp
- Melted butter: 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon sticks: 1/2 inch (4 )
For crumble
- Flour: 1 cup
- Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
- Butter: 1/2 cup
Method
- In a pan, mix chopped apples with all the ingredients other than the crumble
- In another pan, mix flour, melted butter and sugar to make the crumble. Place over the apples.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Serve hot with fresh cream
