Post Kangana Ranaut flight chaos: DGCA slams airline, asks to take 'appropriate action'

Kangana Ranaut has been in the limelight of late for her controversial statements in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. After recently engaging in a heated war of words with Sanjay Raut on Twitter, the actress flew to Mumbai on September 9. Soon after that videos of media persons defying the social distancing protocols on Kangana's flight went viral on internet. The DGCA has now sought a report from the airlines on alleged violation of various protocols and slammed them for failing to prevent frenzied behaviour. Citing aircraft rules, the DGCA official stated violations such as photography on-board, unruly behaviour and defying of social distancing norms was witnessed in the videos. The airline later issued statement and said that the crew followed all the required protocols by making repetitive announcements.
