Man, 27, dies after plunging from a balcony at a 17th-floor apartment
A man is dead after falling from a 17th-floor balcony in central Adelaide.
The 27-year-old died just after midnight on Friday.
'Police investigating the incident believe that the man fell from the 17th floor balcony trying to gain access to an adjoining balcony,' detectives said in a statement.
Officers cordoned off the scene on Grote Street but have since said there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
