Showik Chakraborty's confession: 'I procured drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput, Rhea Chakraborty paid for them'

It has now been revealed by Times Now that Showik Chakraborty, in his statement recorded by the Narcotics Control Bureau under section 67 of the NDPS ACT confessed to procuring drugs for sister Rhea Chakraborty's late boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput. In addition to this, Showik also claimed that while it was Sushant who asked buds and curated marijuana from him, Rhea used to pay for the purchases. He further went on to allege that prior to the lockdown, in March, he bought the drugs through Basit Parihar by getting in touch with Zaid Vilatra, two other drug peddlers arrested by NCB in the case. Samuel Miranda then went to pick up the buds from a pre-decided location.
