The accident took place on the Abergele Road between Colwyn Bay and Llanddulas.
The road is partially blocked and it's affecting traffic.

North Wales Police confirmed that a car had collided with a child.
Accident near Highlands Road
The accident is believed to have taken place on the A547 near Highlands Road, in the 40mph zone.
Heavy traffic in the area
Traffic systems are showing heavy traffic. With traffic flow between Colwyn Bay and Llanddulas affected.
Road is partially blocked
Traffic systems first reported an issue on the road at 8:34 am.
The road is showing as partially blocked due to the accident.
Ambulance attending
Welsh Ambulance services have confirmed that they are attending the scene.
They said they were first called at 8:15 am.
Pedestrian hit by car
The A547 Abergele Road is partially blocked due to accident involving one vehicle and a pedestrian involved near Highlands Road.
