Kangana Ranaut caused a ruckus on Wednesday before Himachal reached Mumbai. The Brihanmumbai Mahanagar Palika (BMC) sent another notice to their Mumbai office within 24 hours regarding the illegal construction. After this, a team of BMC reached JCB machine, crane, and hammer, and ransacked the office. The team took this action from 10.30 am to 12.40 pm.

Meanwhile, Kangana's lawyers reached the High Court to stay the BMC action, but before the hearing, the BMAC ran the JCB at the actress's office.

During the hearing, the Bombay High Court on Wednesday stayed the process of breaking illegal construction by BMC at the Mumbai office of actress Kangana Ranaut. Also, the High Court asked why the officials of the civic body went to the office when the owner was not present there.

Justice SJ Kathawala was hearing a petition filed on behalf of Ranaut challenging the notice issued by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for illegal construction in the actress's office. The petition also sought a stay on the process of sabotage.

The court also sought to know from BMC how they entered the premises, the High Court directed that BMC file an affidavit in response to the petition. The court has listed the case for hearing on Thursday. On Thursday, the matter will be heard at three in the afternoon.

Explain that Kangana's office is in Pali Hill, Bandra. It has been built after spending 48 crores. His production house Manikarnika Films has an office here. Kangana has continuously tweeted on this action. He said, 'This is not a building (office), Ram temple, Babur has come there today.' He said that "enemies proved that Mumbai did not make a mistake by calling them PoK".

In fact, Kangana compared Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), after which the controversy arose. The Center has given him Y-class security, during which 11 security personnel will always accompany him.
