Railway gangman beaten up for sneezing

Jamshedpur: A railway employee’s wife abused and beat up a gangman who was sneezing and coughing outside a doctor's chamber at the OPD of the railway hospital near Tatanagar station in Jamshedpur. The woman said the gangman, who was wearing a mask, was deliberately trying to spread Covid. The gangman, who was wearing a mask, later filed a complaint with the railway police station. Police said they will go through the CCTV camera footage to resolve the case.

AAP to begin oximeter tests in Steel City
Jamshedpur: The Jamshedpur unit of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to visit each and every house in the Steel City with an oximeter to measure oxygen levels of the residents. Party sources said the drive will start from September 10 as a part of their national campaign launched by their leader and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. Prem Kumar, in-charge of the drive, said since a dip in blood oxygen level is common among Covid patients, it is imperative that the condition is detected at the right time so that lives can be saved.
