Panaji: State secretary for health and education Nila Mohanan has been transferred to New Delhi. An order issued by the department of personnel and training of the central government said that Mohanan, who was recommended for central deputation by the Union ministry of home affairs, has been selected for appointment as the deputy secretary in the department of personnel and training, New Delhi, under the central staffing scheme for a period of four years.
Mohanan had joined the state administration in 2014 and also served as North Goa district collector and director of settlement and land records. She has been holding charge as the secretary for health, education and industries.
