ERODE: Tamil Nadu school education minister K A Sengottaiyan said on Wednesday that his department has not taken any decision on reopening schools.
"We will reopen schools only after the Covid-19 outbreak is brought under control," he said. The minister was interacting with reporters at Gobichettipalayam in Erode district.
The central government has allowed partial reopening of schools for classes IX to XII students starting September 21.
