Telugu actor Jayaprakash Reddy dies of heart attack

HYDERABAD: Telugu actor Jayaprakash Reddy died of a heart attack in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur on Tuesday morning. He was 74.
As a character actor and comedy actor, Jayaprakash essayed roles in many films having begun his career with the movie Brahmaputrudu. The other films that brought him laurels and recognition include Preminchukundam Raa, Gabbar Singh, Chennakeshavareddy, Seethayya and Temper.
Jayaprakash Reddy, a resident of Allagadda, carved a niche for himself in the Telugu film industry speaking the Rayalaseema dialect in most of his films.

"Woke up to terrible news. Rest in peace sir," tweeted actor Sudheer Babu on learning about the passing away of Jayaprakash Reddy.
