Viveiros-Branco elected student trustee at Bristol

FALL RIVER - Bristol Community College student Alexis Viveiros-Branco, of Fall River, has been elected the college’s student trustee for 2020-2021.

Viveiros-Branco is studying human services at Bristol Community College. Upon completing her degree at Bristol in May 2022, she plans to continue her education to pursue a career as a Massachusetts state trooper or juvenile probation officer for the Department of Children Services, where she can assist others in her community.

Bristol’s student trustee is elected annually by their peers to serve as a student representative and member of the Bristol Community College Board of Trustees. Bristol’s Board of Trustees is made up of regional business and community leaders who work tirelessly to ensure the college’s institutional initiatives remain at the highest level of quality.
