NEW DELHI: Around 38 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were AstraZeneca Pharma, ABM International, Akash Infra-Projects, Balaxi Ventures, Tata Consultancy Services, Total Transport Systems, Ramco Systems and Dixon Technologies (India) .
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 5.05 points up at 11360.10 on Tuesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 16 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 34 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.
In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, Infosys, Wipro, HCL Tech and TCS were among top gainers, while Bharti Infratel, Tata Motors, ZEEL, NTPC and IndusInd Bank were trading in red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 45.13 points up at 38462.36.
