Ask any chicken lover what is the first thing they look for at any spread, and they'd promptly say 'anything to do with chicken'. The wide number of Indian chicken delicacies is proof that we are obsessed with the meat and can never get bored of it. Take, for instance, chicken tikka masala. Most of us have had it at least once, yet we would not say no to it if anyone is offering a bowl. The smoky hot chicken preparation has also become a global rage now. Chicken tikka masala, as the name suggests, are some chicken tikkas or tawa-fried chunks  tossed in a creamy, tomato-based gravy. It is fairly easy to make at home as well. You would need some boneless chicken, tomato puree, onion, curd, cream, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
